Moe’s Southwest Grill Opening New Location in Royal Oak

Leading Southwest Fast-Casual Brand Offering $3 Burritos, $1 of Each Grand Opening Order Donated to Food 4 Kids

Royal Oak, Mich. – June 5, 2014– “Welcome to Moe’s!” will soon be heard on the streets of Royal Oak when Moe’s Southwest Grill® opens at 32867 Woodward Ave. on Thursday, June 5.

To celebrate the new restaurant, Moe’s will offer $3 burritos on opening day. In addition, $1 of each grand opening order will be donated to Food 4 Kids, a non-profit organization that distributes funds to programs that help put an end to childhood hunger.

The new Moe’s is owned and operated by franchisee Jim Bagley of the Michigan-based company Bagley Foods. Bagley is a Detroit-raised seasoned restaurateur with more than 20 years’ experience in the franchise restaurant industry. He already owns Moe’s in East Lansing and is bringing Moe’s to Royal Oak, as well as three additional locations in the Detroit area.

“Residents in nearby towns have taken a liking to Moe’s and I believe people in Royal Oak deserve to experience our delicious food and one-of-a-kind fun atmosphere,” said Bagley. “I’m eager to open the doors so guests here can make Moe’s Southwest Grill a part of their community.”

“Welcome to Moe’s!” is more than a greeting; it’s a way of life for the folks who customize each meal made fresh-to-order in front of every guest. All meals, including signature menu items like the Homewrecker burrito, Close Talker salad and John Coctostan quesadilla, are served with free chips and salsa. While Moe’s is best known for its burritos packed with a choice of more than 20 fresh ingredients, the menu also features kid’s, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-friendly options.

Guests can also try the new Coca-Cola Freestyle® soda fountain.
