Leading Southwest Fast-Casual Brand Celebrates Grand Opening with Fundraiser for Boys and Girls Club of Central Florida Oct. 5
Orlando, Fla. – September 30, 2014 – “Welcome to Moe’s!” will soon be heard on the streets
of Orlando, FL when Moe’s Southwest Grill® opens at 423 North Alafaya Trail at 11 a.m. on Thursday, October 2. On Sunday, October 5 from 3 to 10 p.m., Moe’s will continue their grand opening celebration by hosting a fundraiser for the Boys and Girls Club of Central Florida, an organization dedicated to inspiring and enabling all young people to realize their full potential as productive, responsible, and caring citizens, with twenty percent of all sales benefiting the local organization.
“The Orlando community has embraced Moe’s fresh, made-to-order food and family-friendly atmosphere,” said franchise partner, Tony Friel. “We’re excited to bring another Moe’s to the area and continue to show our commitment to the community by supporting an organization that will truly benefit from this event.”
“Welcome to Moe’s!” is more than a greeting; it’s a way of life for the folks who customize each meal made fresh-to-order in front of every guest. All meals, including signature menu items like the Homewrecker burrito, Close Talker salad and John Coctostan quesadilla, are served with free chips and salsa. While Moe’s is best known for its burritos packed with a choice of more than 20 fresh ingredients, the menu also features kid’s, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-friendly options.
Guests can also try the new Coca-Cola Freestyle® soda fountain. The sleek, stylish new fountains are touch-screen operated, enabling consumers to select from more than 100 regular and low calorie beverage brands – including more than 70 diet or low-calorie and 90 caffeine-free beverages, 80-plus unique brands offered nowhere else, and many varieties of waters, sports drinks, lemonades and sparkling beverages that, prior to the arrival of Coca-Cola Freestyle, were not available in the U.S.
Moe’s also offers one-of-a-kind caterings filled with flavorful options that please even the pickiest of eaters (vegetarian, gluten-free, lower calorie). Whether you’re hosting a party, business function or wedding, or you’re tailgating before a big game, Moe’s fresh, customizable catering options are the perfect addition.
