Moe’s New Taco Stacks Offer Serious Bang for Your Buck

ATLANTA, Ga. (August 3, 2011) – The giant Homewrecker burrito at Moe’s Southwest Grill finally has a worthy adversary: Moe’s new Taco Stacks. Weighing in just over one pound, this limited time offer features a variety of flavorful ingredients, including Moe’s famous Queso, stacked between two crunchy corn shells and wrapped in a crisped flour tortilla. As always, every meal is served with free chips and salsa.

Guests can choose from three delicious options – 100% grass-fed sirloin steak, grain-fed pulled pork or all natural chicken:

  • Steak Taco Stack – marinated steak, shredded cheese, grilled onions and mushrooms, fresh pico de gallo, sour cream and Moe’s famous Queso stacked between two crunchy corn shells and wrapped in a crisped flour tortilla.
  • Pork Taco Stack – pulled pork, grilled onions, seasoned pinto beans, fresh pico de gallo, shredded cheese and Moe’s famous Queso stacked between two crunchy corn shells and wrapped in a crisped flour tortilla.
  • Chicken Taco Stack – grilled chicken, seasoned pinto beans, fresh pico de gallo, shredded cheese, black olives, pickled jalapenos and Moe’s famous Queso stacked between two crunchy corn shells and wrapped in a crisped flour tortilla.

Moe’s brings the Heat with New Spicy Burrito, Quesadilla and Rice Bowl

ATLANTA, Ga. (March 21, 2011) – Moe’s Southwest Grill introduces flavors that will rock your taste buds with the new Spicy Trio available for a limited time.  

Moe’s new Spicy Queso and Jalapeno Sour Cream are the featured ingredients of the Spicy Burrito, Quesadilla and Rice Bowl. The contrasting sensation of the cool sour cream with the fiery jalapeno adds a bold twist to this hot new menu item. 

The Spicy Queso, which features the smoky chipotle flavor of Moe’s Hard Rock n Roll Sauce combined with its famous Queso, can now be enjoyed as a side item with any meal in addition to the Spicy Trio.

“As consumer flavor preferences evolve, we’re seeing more and more people gravitate toward spicier menu items,” explains Joel Bulger, vice president of marketing from Moe’s Southwest Grill. “Offering these hot flavors in the burrito, quesadilla and rice bowl formats allows guests to create a variety of tasty combinations.”

In addition to the Spicy Queso and Jalapeno Sour Cream, guests choose from all natural, cage and hormone free chicken, grass-fed sirloin steak, grain-fed, slow cooked pulled pork that’s hormone- and steroid-free or organic tofu to create the Spicy Trio.

Next guests can add any of the 20 fresh, free ingredients they desire including freshly made pico de gallo, crunchy cucumbers, crisp iceberg lettuce or shredded cheese, and as always, every meal is served with free chips and salsa.

Welcome to Moe’s New Rice Bowls

ATLANTA, Ga. (March 29, 2010) Rice at Moe’s Southwest Grill just got a whole lot more interesting. For a limited time, guests can enjoy Moe’s fresh ingredients without the tortilla in one of three new Rice Bowls. 

“The strategy behind Rice Bowls was to showcase our 25 fresh ingredients while offering a product line that speaks to a broader audience than our large burritos,” explains Joel Bulger, vice president of Marketing for Moe’s Southwest Grill. “Our new rice bowls feature three great flavor combinations that should appeal to everyone, and serves them up in a whole new way.”

The three featured Rice Bowls are:

Pulled Pork Rice Bowl – Rice covered with pinto beans, grilled onions, handmade pico de gallo, shredded cheese, fresh cilantro and topped with slow cooked pulled pork and Moe’s famous queso.

Grilled Chicken Rice Bowl – Rice covered with pinto beans, grilled peppers and mushrooms, handmade pico de gallo, shredded cheese and topped with grilled chicken and Moe’s chipotle ranch dressing.

Tofu Rice Bowl – Rice covered with black beans, grilled onions and mushrooms, handmade pico de gallo, shredded cheeses, black olives, fresh cucumber and topped with seasoned tofu.

Rice Bowls join burritos, quesadillas, nachos, salads, tacos and fajitas to become a new category at Moe’s for a limited time. 

Moe’s has over 400 locations in 34 states where guests can try all three Rice Bowls from now until June 13.
