Leading Southwest Fast-Casual Brand Offering Chance to Win Free Burritos for a Year*
Layton, UT – April 23, 2015 – “Welcome to Moe’s!®” will soon be heard on the streets of Layton when Moe’s Southwest Grill® opens its first Utah location at 928 West Antelope Drive on Thursday, April 23.
To celebrate the grand opening, Moe’s of Layton is offering $5 burritos all day and one free burrito every week for a year* to the first 50 guests through the door on opening day. The new restaurant marks the first Moe’s in the state and is part of the company’s hopes to significantly develop its presence in the western part of the U.S. in 2015.
“Moe’s has a loyal following across the country and I am eager to bring the Moe’s experience to Utah,” said franchisee Michael Lin, who has been in the restaurant business for more than 30 years. “Layton is an active, family-oriented community, making it the perfect fit for Moe’s fresh, made-to-order food and welcoming atmosphere.”
Moe’s of Layton is also hosting several fundraisers for local schools in the days surrounding the opening. Wednesday, April 22, 100 percent of net sales generated between 5 and 8 p.m. will benefit North Layton Jr. High School. Guests of this fundraiser are encouraged to make a $5 donation in exchange for their meal. On Friday, April 24 and Monday, April 28, 100 percent of the net sales from orders of guests who present the applicable promotional flyer at the register will benefit Northridge High School and Lincoln Elementary School, respectively.
