Prepare yourself, Moe’s is adding a saucy twist to its classic cheese dip, available for a limited time.
ATLANTA, GA (Sept. 19, 2014) – Today, Moe’s Southwest Grill, the fun, engaging fast-casual restaurant best known for its fresh, made-to-order southwest fare, is taking their Famous Queso to the next level with the new Chili Con Queso at more than 550 participating locations for a limited time only. By pairing the irresistible queso they’re famous for with seasoned ground beef and fresh jalapenos, they’ve created a whole new experience for Queso fans. The new twist on the cheese dip will be featured in the Chili Con Queso Burrito, but Moe’s also invites guests to add it to any entrée or enjoy it as a side.
“Our positive consumer feedback when testing the Chili Con Queso was off the charts,” said Moe’s Executive Chef, Pat Peterson. “By innovating our most popular side with two flavorsome ingredients, we were able to create a product that is just as craveable as our Famous Queso and a game changer for Moe’s Queso fans.”
The national TV campaign that will launch the product was directed by world-renowned foodscape artist, Carl Warner, and features a volcano made entirely out of Moe’s fresh ingredients exploding with Chili Con Queso. It can be viewed on Moe’s YouTube channel here.
