Branford, Conn. – Sept. 23, 2013 – “Welcome to Moe’s!” will soon be heard on the streets of Branford when Moe’s Southwest Grill® opens at 1060 W. Main St. in the Branhaven Plaza on Thursday, Oct. 3. To celebrate the grand opening, the 300th customer will receive four free tickets to the Oct. 12th UCONN vs. South Florida football game along with VIP parking. The new restaurant is co-owned and operated by Franchise Partners Matt Rusconi and David Vorchheimer. The franchise group opened their first Moe’s restaurant in West Hartford in 2008, and now own seven locations throughout the region. These entrepreneurs plan to open six additional Moe’s locations over the next three years.

“The people in the Hartford-New Haven area have been very good to our business over the past five years,” said Rusconi. “In addition to serving the community delicious food in a fun atmosphere, we are committed to engraining ourselves into the community and building long-lasting relationships with our customers and neighborhood organizations.”

“Welcome to Moe’s!” is more than a greeting; it’s a way of life for the folks who customize each meal fresh-to-order in front of every guest.
