Moe’s Southwest Grill Opens in Waco, Texas

– Popular fast-casual burrito joint opens on January 9th

Waco, TX (January 6, 2012) – “Welcome to Moe’s!” will soon be heard throughout Baylor University when Moe’s Southwest Grill opens in the Science Building located at 101 Bagby Avenue on Monday, January 9th. A Gold Award winner of the 2008 Consumer’s Choice in Chains Awards, Atlanta based Moe’s Southwest Grill’s serves fresh made-to-order burritos and more in a fun and laid back environment. Students can use Dining Dollars through the Baylor University meal plan to purchase Moe’s southwest fare.

“We’re excited to bring the fresh flavors and great value that Moe’s has to offer to the Baylor University Community,” says Jessica Gallippo of Aramark Dinging Services for Baylor University. “The healthy offerings and friendly, speedy service at Moe’s is ideal for the campus environment.”

When you walk by Baylor’s newest burrito joint the first thing you’ll hear is a familiar “Welcome to Moe’s!” It’s more than a greeting; it’s a way of life for the folks who customize each meal fresh to order right in front of the guest.

All meals, including signature items like the Homewrecker burrito, Close Talker salad and John Coctostan quesadilla, are served with free chips and salsa. While Moe’s is best known for its burritos packed with a choice of over 20 fresh ingredients, the menu also features kid’s, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.

Moe’s at Baylor will be open from Monday through Thursday from 10:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. and on Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. For more information guests may call 254-710-1721.
