DALLAS, TX (February 27, 2014) – “Welcome to Moe’s!” will soon be heard for the first time in Texas when Moe’s Southwest Grill® opens in Dallas at 2121 Main Street on Thursday, March 6. The restaurant featuring southwest fare is celebrating their grand opening with an altruistic “Pay What You Want Day” in honor of the Children’s Medical Center of Dallas. Customers are asked to make a donation of any amount in exchange for their meal.
“Opening the first location in Texas is an honor; we look forward to introducing and serving up our made-to-order burritos and fresh ingredients to Dallas,” said Franchise Partner Ronnie Norcross. “And what better way to kick things off than to give back to the community and partner with an organization that saves the lives of children, a cause that is close to my heart.”
Norcross plans to partner with the children’s hospital for all 17 Moe’s he opens in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, pledging his continued support and gratitude for their presence in the community.
Ranked the No. 1 Mexican food concept by leading research group Technomic in 2013, Atlanta-based Moe’s Southwest Grill serves fresh, made-to-order burritos and southwest fare in a fun and laid-back environment. “Welcome to Moe’s!” is more than a greeting; it’s a way of life for the folks who customize each meal fresh-to-order in front of every guest.
